Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 29, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Memphis Network ("Memphis Network", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit our website at www.memphisnetwork.com.br (the "Website") or contact us through it.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and to processing personal data in accordance with Brazil's General Personal Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 – the "LGPD") and, where applicable, the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – the "GDPR").

This Policy covers this Website only. Our products and platforms (such as Vertip Secure Mail, Mailflow, HardenCore, ScanX, Veridra and Sentria) are provided to partners and their customers under separate agreements and may be governed by their own privacy terms.

2. Who is responsible for your data

Memphis Network is the controller responsible for the personal data processed through this Website. You can contact us at:

  • Email: [email protected]
  • Florianópolis: Rua Campolino Alves, nº 300, Sl 414-A131, Florianópolis – SC, 88085-110, Brazil
  • Brasília: SCN Quadra 04, Bl. B – Asa Norte, Centro Empresarial Varig, Brasília – DF, 70714-900, Brazil

3. Personal data we collect

We collect personal data in the following ways:

Data you provide to us. When you complete a contact or material-request form on the Website, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your WhatsApp or telephone number. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we also receive the information you include in your message.

Data collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may record standard technical logs — such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages and access timestamps — for security, fraud prevention and the reliable operation of the Website.

Browser storage. The Website stores a single functional flag in your browser's local storage to remember whether you have already submitted a form, so that it is not shown to you again. This is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, social-media pixels or similar third-party tracking technologies on this Website. Web fonts are served from our own domain and are not loaded from third parties.

4. Why we use your data and our legal bases

We process your personal data in order to:

  • respond to your inquiries and contact requests;
  • send you materials you request, such as datasheets and product information;
  • contact you about our products, solutions and partner (MSSP) program;
  • operate, maintain and secure the Website; and
  • comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

Under the LGPD, we rely on the following legal bases (Art. 7): your consent; our legitimate interests in responding to you and developing business and partner relationships; the adoption of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract; and compliance with legal obligations.

Where the GDPR applies to you, we rely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); the performance of, or steps taken prior to entering into, a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)); compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)); and our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).

5. How we share your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only when necessary and with appropriate safeguards:

  • Service providers (operators / processors) that process data on our behalf and under our instructions — including the automation platform that receives our web-form submissions (Make, operated by Make.com), our website hosting provider and our email provider;
  • Authorities and third parties when necessary to comply with the law, a court order or a regulatory request, or to protect our rights, safety and property.

6. International data transfers

Some of our service providers — in particular the automation platform (Make) that receives Website form submissions — process data on servers located outside Brazil, including in the United States. When we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection as required by the LGPD (Art. 33) and the GDPR (Chapter V), such as relying on contractual safeguards (for example, standard contractual clauses) with the recipients.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy — for example, to handle your request and manage our commercial relationship — and to comply with legal obligations. When the data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it, unless its retention is required or permitted by law.

8. How we protect your data

We adopt technical and administrative measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration and improper disclosure — including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access restricted on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to continuously improve our safeguards.

9. Your rights

Under the LGPD (Art. 18), you may request, at any time and free of charge:

  • confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
  • correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
  • anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in non-compliance with the law;
  • portability of your data to another service provider;
  • deletion of personal data processed with your consent;
  • information about the public and private entities with which we have shared your data;
  • information about the possibility of refusing consent and the consequences of doing so; and
  • withdrawal of your consent at any time.

If the GDPR applies to you, you also have the rights of access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity before responding.

10. Data Protection Officer

You can contact the person responsible for data protection (the "Encarregado" / Data Protection Officer) regarding this Policy or the processing of your personal data at [email protected].

11. Complaints to a supervisory authority

If you believe your personal data has been handled improperly, you may lodge a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), available at gov.br/anpd. If you are in the European Economic Area, you may also contact your local data protection supervisory authority.

12. Children

This Website is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can delete it.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date shown above. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about how we protect your data.
